Fructose Project Introduction
The raw material utilised to make the F55 is commercial starch. To create a starch slurry, commercial starch was added to a slurry mixing tank. The proper DS, PH, and enzyme adjustments are made in the slurry mixing tank. Through the online detection system, the commercial starch is brought to the common slurry. The starch slurry then goes through the succeeding process. The processes that are most essential for producing fructose are liquefaction, saccharification, filtration, decolorization, and a continuous ion exchange system. The right enzyme balance and DE or DX value must be maintained in the interim. Glucose moves on to the next stage for additional processing when it has a high impurity level following the continuous ion exchange system. Following evaporation, the glucose goes through the isomerization process to produce 42% fructose. F42 enters the chromatography system via the refinery and evaporation. To create the coarse F55, the created F90 is combined with F42. Impurities are then eliminated during the refinery process. The substance is put into evaporation after the refinery process. The qualified final product, designated F55, will then be created.
