Gellan Gum Project Introduction
To maintain a specific fermentation duration and produce qualified fermentation mash, qualified glucose is introduced into the fermentation system. The fermentation mash is heated to inactivate the bacteria before being filtered to remove mycelium protein and other insoluble particles before entering the concentration system. To ensure that the fiber is entirely precipitated, a specific amount of solvent is added to the concentrated fermentation mash and thoroughly mixed. The product is obtained via separation and precipitation. After secondary washing, separation, pressing, and dehydration treatment, portion of the pigment, impurities, and water are removed, and the product is dried by the dryer to produce the quality gellan gum product.
