Rice Glucose Project Introduction
Rice glucose uses rice as a raw material. The rice enters the soaking system after removing the impurities. After soaking, it is sent to the grinding section to obtain qualified rice milk. The soaking process maintains a specific time. Then the milk was adjusted with the appropriate DS value, PH value, and enzyme. The adjusting process is controlled by online detection and control system. The rice milk is sent to the automatic liquefaction system. To achieve the best liquefaction effect, use two-time ejection, twice-flashing, proper temperature maintenance, and a certain amount of time. The rice syrup is filtered to eliminate the trace levels of protein and other contaminants after it has been liquefied. The syrup is then sent to the system for saccharification after PH correction and enzyme addition. The DE value required by the finished product is attained by carefully managing the amount of enzyme and the duration of saccharification. To fulfill the goals of refinement and purification, colored impurities and impurity ions are removed from liquid rice glucose using decolorization, filtering, and a continuous ion exchange system. Rice glucose that was suitable for use was obtained after evaporator concentration.
